BKS Iyengar
The teachers at the Iyengar Yoga Centre of Rossmoyne are passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with others. Iyengar yoga was founded by Yogacharya BKS Iyengar, whose innovative method emphasizes precision and correct alignment. The use of props in Iyengar yoga allows students to maintain asanas correctly to enhance the benefits. BKS Iyengar has made all aspects of yoga popular, without sacrificing the purity of the classical teachings.
