Teaching in the Iyengar tradition, the Yoga Centre of Rossmoyne holds regular classes for students of all levels, conducts private classes for people who are unable to integrate into a regular class, runs workshops and weekend retreats.

Enrollment is essential and we request you arrive at your first class 15 minutes early to allow time for registration and orientation before class starts. Class types
All classes are held in a comfortable, peaceful environment. Classes cater for all levels, so please contact us to ensure that you book into a class suitable for you. Further details about enrollment and fees are on the Our Classes page.
Gentle – for the not so young,
Beginners – students new to yoga, still working at beginners’ level or simply find the level and time of class suits.
General – Some experience with Iyengar of other method of yoga and have completed, at least, a beginners’ course.
Open – Students of all levels welcome to attend.
